The Nursing Department invites applications for a part-time, Covid Response Team Nurse. The Covid Response Team Nurse is responsible for a variety of nursing assessment, implementation, and evaluation activities aimed at reducing the risk of Covid-19 transmission within the Capital University community. This full-time position reports to the Covid Response Team Nurse Coordinator. The responsibilities of the Covid Response Team Nurse include Covid testing, contact tracing, determinations of quarantine, isolation or heightened precautions, data analysis, and data reporting to external constituencies. The position may also require participation in the Covid Response Team meetings, monitoring students in isolation, or health education for the campus community or other duties as assigned. A minimum of two years as a professional nurse is required. Recent clinical experience in community health, school nursing or medical surgical nursing is preferred. An unencumbered, current RN licensure in Ohio is required.
